Here at Big Beat Sundays we are always on the look out for like minded artists to be part of our release rosta.

Big Beat Sundays is all about that 90s vibe, where the music did the talking on the dancefloor...whether that be:

  • Sample driven Big Beat and Breakbeat
  • Cut 'n' Paste masterpieces
  • Rave and Acid inspired dancefloor anthems
  • Classic Jump Up Drum 'n' Bass
  • The unexpected that fits the Big Beat vibe

So, if you are inspired by the likes of: Skint, Athletico Records, Wall Of Sound, Freskanova, Fatboy Slim, Bentley Rhythm Ace, The Chemical Brothers, Mickey Finn & Aphrodite, Armand Van Helden, The Prodigy, The Freestylers, Coldcut, Basement Jaxx, or similar then get in contact, send us some music and let's hear what you've got!

Important Information...the small print.

We embrace musical creativity, and if that means using samples then that's cool, but be creative with it - don't just rip off a whole piece of music, put your own musical stamp on it!
There are also a few other things to bear in mind when sending us your demos:

  • They may not be right for Big Beat Sundays. There is no insult to your music if it is not right for us but we will endeavour to give you feedback on your tracks, whether suitable or not.
  • We are not after the likes of Glitch-Hop, Ghetto Funk, Tech House, Bass House, Dubstep, Modern Jump Up DnB, Disco etc. There are loads of amazing labels already covering these genres and we can point you in the direction of some great labels if required.
  • As much as me embrace creativity we are not after the "Instrumental + Acapella" style mash ups, again there are loads of great labels that cater for this type of music already.
  • If we think your track has potential, but isn't quite there yet, we will discuss things with you and see if we can assist you in getting the track completed.
